NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers often procure and sell drugs, both wholesale and via prescription.  The rules are complex, and with the ability to zero-rate some supplies, it’s important to have a good understanding (or the support of someone else with a good understanding).  Oh and don’t get me started on manufacturing, or what about outsourcing the pharmacy?  There are so many things to consider, so many things to check and understand.
